"Baltic Banknote" is a printing house that offers a full production cycle of printed products containing security features against counterfeiting. Established in 1991, the company has become one of the industry leaders. Our plant "Britania" located in Daugmale was planned, designed, built and equipped in line with all the requirements relevant for printing in a secure environment.

We have implemented and maintain a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015, which is testified by a certificate from Bureau Veritas Latvija. Our team is characterized by professional conduct, knowledge and experience, which underpin our clients’ confidence in receiving high quality products and services as and when agreed.

Sustainability

We provide high quality printing products that meet the European requirements for use of environmentally friendly raw materials. Constantly seeking to improve the quality of our products and in care for the protection of the environment, our company decided to implement the Environment Management System. Our company management system was certified by Bureau Veritas Latvija as compliant with the environmental management standard ISO 140001:2015. We are well aware that our activities inevitably impact the environmental processes, which makes us believe that the need to control and reduce the environmental impact must be among our top priorities. The ability of Baltijas Banknote to duly identify and prevent potential threats and to reduce the negative impact on the employee health is recognized by compliance with the work safety management standard LVS ISO 45001:2018.
